LM7918 General Description :
The LM7918 three terminal negative voltage regulator IC is available in TO-220 package and with a fixed output voltage of -18 volt, making it useful in a wide range of applications. Each type employs internal current limiting, thermal shut down and safe operating area protection, making it essentially indestructible.
