LM7906 General Description :

The LM7906 three terminal negative voltage regulator IC is available in TO-220 package and with a fixed output voltage of -6 volt, making it useful in a wide range of applications. Each type employs internal current limiting, thermal shut down and safe operating area protection, making it essentially indestructible.
